Founding prices shown, with the regular rate struck through. Every plan is one flat fee a year. There are no per-student or per-seat rates, and no volume discounts, because the size bands already handle scale.
No surprise bills. Each plan includes a generous usage allowance sized to your band. Any overage is priced transparently and shown in your portal before it's incurred, never after the invoice.
A second way to pay
If you sell test series to students beyond your own classroom, such as alumni, students in other towns or online buyers, you can skip the annual fee. You keep 80% of each sale and Akhaara takes 20%. ₹0 upfront and no annual commitment.
This works best for institutes with fewer than 200 students, or anyone who wants to try Akhaara before committing.
What the 20% applies to: only new test-series sales made on Akhaara. It is never a commission on the tuition fees you already charge.

We count students who have logged in during the last 90 days. Alumni and students who have left don't count.
Nothing stops working, and we never back-charge. You move up at renewal. If you want to move up mid-year, you pay only the difference, pro-rated.
Yes. Your first year is pro-rated from the day you start.
Yes to both. Your students' details, their results and the papers you upload belong to your institute. You can take a full export at any time, and there is no lock-in.
On Platform + Test Series, yes: ready-made test series for all 49 exams we cover. The Platform plan does not include the question bank, but you can upload your own papers on either plan.
